Anyone want a chat capability in the forum?

Hi,

 

I noticed that several regular members are online at the same time during the day, we have the option of enabling a chat function in the community/forum ... you know, click on a button and invite other members to chat real-time.

 

... Anyway, let me know if any of you think they might use it.

This might be a nice addition to have for collaborating with user on certain topics such as the forum skin bugs for example.

 

I for one don't have a whole lot of time to chat but in the past I have had opened chat sessions and saved them to a log so I can go back and read them in my spare time. I don't know if KS chat will keep a copy of each chat session for later reading??

Yes, I think it might be interesting when helping someone out, the exchange would be quicker and easier with Chat. Also a little quick private banter between peeps is always fun.

I agree with virtual, no use for it myself, but there have been times over the years going back and forth with people about there problems when we were both online... in such cases it would have been nice to help them in more or less real time.

And, btw - I'm using my KillerSkin 1 - the original - and I have a cursor. And I can go to the line above and fix things.
