You cannot do it fully in Javascript. You have two options when including mp3's in your web pages:

 

1. Use a Flash based mp3 player. There are several free ones that you can find with Google.

2. Just link directly to the mp3 file as you would link to a page.

You have to search for an artist first before you can see the player though.

It may be partially javascript, but if you disable flash the player stops working.
