sentientsystem Posted March 16, 2013 Report Posted March 16, 2013 i would get rid of the text-decoration for links (text-decoration: none;), and make the images the same width, as well as the text containers. Quote
kookoolarue Posted October 6, 2013 Report Posted October 6, 2013 I don't want to be harsh but I think you need to go back to the drawing board. Web design has come long way in the last 15 years and I think you'd do well to study some successful sites. That's not to say you need to busy your site up with clutter, but there's a lack of "design" going on here, both in terms of the visual elements and their placement/structure. What websites have you been using for inspiration? Do you have access to a recent version of Adobe Creative Suite? Tools are just tools but you need a strong foundation to start with. I'm not saying I have it down perfectly either. This stuff can be tough! Quote
Andrea Posted October 6, 2013 Report Posted October 6, 2013 kookoolarue, what exactly are you reviewing? There is no link to whatever OP may have referred to and that original post is from May last year... Quote
kookoolarue Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 Psssh don't mind me. There is a link in the heading but either way I didn't realize the thread is so old. I guess this area doesn't get tons of traffic... Quote
Andrea Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 Don't mind me either - I didn't see the link in the header. DUH!! Quote
