I wholeheartedly agree!

Accessible web design (or responsive web design) when done right means there is never a need for two sites, I consider the perceived need for "Mobile sites" as a result of poor programming. If the web site is built structure first and then skinned with eye candy it will always work for all users regardless of the form of the access. It is when you build the site look first and then force it into a structure to match it... then it will not always work everywhere.

A good web designer should never need two sites.

Can I come back to this post please? Is there any specific vide to include in the style sheet to initially make it look good on hand held devices for an original site that I have designed?,

Best wishes,

Graeme

Check the internet, there are JavaScripts that can tell what devise is being used and load that style sheet. I just don't have any of my links available to me anymore and I am just on my way out the door. Good luck.

Hello,

I have a few sites up, is it really necessary to re design them responsive wise?  Also, is there anything that could say compile your existing code to enable a responsive site?

Thank you as always,

Best wishes

Graeme
