chuckee44 Posted March 2, 2014 Report Posted March 2, 2014 Well Hello there, I downloaded some images form Graphic Stock and one of them is a pdf background and it says put text here. I can not get the image to load on web page. It will display the image name and have the pixel size I want just not the background, is this something I might get some help with? Or where I can research the problem?
Andrea Posted March 2, 2014 Report Posted March 2, 2014 If you want to use your picture as a website background, it'll have to be a jpg, gif, or png - a PDF won't work as a background image - or any image for that matter.
administrator Posted March 26, 2014 Report Posted March 26, 2014 I downloaded some images form Graphic Stock and one of them is a pdf background and it says put text here. Ok, that is strange. Are you saying the file you downloaded from Graphic Stock is a PDF? If so, as Andrea said, you cannot use PDF for an image in a web page. Stef
trenthanover Posted March 27, 2014 Report Posted March 27, 2014 As above said that any of pdf image will not work as background image...you have to use extensions like jpg,png,etc...
newseed Posted March 27, 2014 Report Posted March 27, 2014 If you have a graphic tool such as Photoshop, you can import the PDF and then save it as a jpg.
administrator Posted March 27, 2014 Report Posted March 27, 2014 Since it is screen graphics, just take a screenshot and save it as a png or a jpeg. Stef
