White text on black looks cool to some, but it is difficult to read, especially for vision impaired users.

No need for an Entry page. And Flash sucks for Search Engines.

Confused about where I am. The linked Domain changes at the site.

Your copyright is above the text at the bottom. That should change.

The top list of links (?) don't make sense because they are not 'linked' to anything...

 

I'll stop there so you can think about what has been mentioned so far.

The site violates several presentational standards, and that is without looking at the coding.

Just looked at the coding. What wysiwyg did you use for the code? Some Micro$haft product like Word? or Office? There be Dragons there...

The "Enter" in the home page is definitely not required. Make the next page your home page.

I also agree with that there's no flash page needed. It's just redundant and adds nothing but an extra, annoying click.

 

The keyword stuffing above the banner is very tacky.

 

Having the name and phone number fly in slowly also does not add a thing - it's just kind of boring to look at the letters fly in - there's not a thing wrong with a non-animated banner.

 

For the copyright: check your calendar - it's 2009.

 

And the code - oh my - apparently, you didn't read the forum rules about validating before asking? There are 86 validation errors in there.

I would not use bold letters on the left menu, once you have it white on black, being bold they are hard to read.

I like the rest of it.
