  1. I ended up using this one (mostly) along with this "highlite" bit you had on your page. I thought the tabs were good but I wanted something that will keep the content displayed after you hover over and move away from it. Here's the results.

Google for favicon. You can basically create your image using your favorite graphic editor and then find a online favicon generating and upload the image and presto! it will provide you a favicon.
  3. I ended up using this example because it seems pretty straight forward. Here's the results of the tabs I did. It looks good. These tabs will indeed have content in them just below the tabs. However, the all the tabs content will be on the same page. I know how to make a tab link active for whatever page is being displayed but what I don't know is how to make a tab link active for a content that is within the same page. I have googled various types of scripts that allows you to do this but it all seems to be an overkill and that it seems that I would have to spend way too much time to take what coding I have done and implement for use with the tab script. Is there any jquery or other scripts as an add-on to my existing menu code that can simply highlight a tab to be current for content that is within the same page? Thanks.
  4. I have a situation where a curvy tab design is being used. Here's the mockup design with some key points in red. I like to use this script for the tab script but I just not seeing how I can achieve this result according to the design. I am open to other options if it provides me the desired results I am looking for.
  5. Certainly an improvment. However, visually it varies between IE6, IE7, IE8 and FX. Haven't even checked it in Safari. Check your PM.
  6. Ask for cheap and you will most likely get cheap. SEO is not only your only problem but the site's design doesn't portray a professional online business very well. You could also use some help with the coding. Are you using a particular shopping cart or did you just add a script or code snippet for your cart? If you are going to compete via the internet then you need to invest either a lot of time or money or both to get a very good looking professional online store. A professional template might be cost effective but you will still need to make tweaks so that it's unique.
  7. I have not tested but you have several errors in your page. The main problems is that you did n't have a closing tag for the script. You also had two body tags and a missing open div tag. Finally, you had portion of the script repeated in the body when it's already been called in head. Also, there was a redundant style in your css 'layer-background-color' which I removed. I believe this styles was only meant for Netscape. As you know, Netscape is no longer supported and nearly non-existent. Here's your newly cleaned up code. Again, it has not been tested so check it carefully. untitled type="text/css" /> <br />$(document).ready(function(){<br /><br /> jQuery.easing.def = 'easeOutExpo';<br /><br /><br /> $('.thumbs').piroBox({<!--OPTIONAL,if don't want easing, just take it off, or comment--><br /> mySpeed: 1500,<br /> open_speed : 1500,<br /> close_speed : 1500,<br /> bg_alpha: 0.8,<br /> pathLoader : 'url(css_pirobox/ajax-loader_w.gif) center center no-repeat;', <br /> gallery : '.pirobox_in li a', <br /> gallery_li : '.pirobox_in li', <br /> next_class : '.next_in',<br /> previous_class : '.previous_in'<br /> }); <br /> $('.thumbs').piroBox({<br /> mySpeed: 1500,<br /> open_speed : 1500,<br /> close_speed : 1500,<br /> bg_alpha: 0.8,<br /> pathLoader : 'url(css_pirobox/ajax-loader_w.gif) center center no-repeat;', <br /> gallery : '.pirobox li a', <br /> gallery_li : '.pirobox li',<br /> single : '.single a',<br /> next_class : '.next',<br /> previous_class : '.previous'<br /> }); <br />});<br /> <br /><!--<br />#apDiv1 {<br /> position: absolute;<br /> left: 10px;<br /> top: 31px;<br /> width: 214px;<br /> height: 557px;<br /> background-color: #FFF;<br /> border: 0px none #000000;<br /> z-index: 1;<br />}<br />body, td, th {<br /> font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;<br /> font-size: 9px;<br /> color: #999;<br /> font-weight: bold;<br />}<br />body {<br /> background-color: #FFF;<br />}<br />a:link {<br /> text-decoration: none;<br /> color: #999;<br />}<br />a:visited {<br /> text-decoration: none;<br /> color: #666;<br />}<br />a:hover {<br /> text-decoration: none;<br />}<br />a:active {<br /> text-decoration: none;<br />}<br />#apDiv2 {<br /> position: absolute;<br /> left: 239px;<br /> top: 31px;<br /> width: 793px;<br /> height: 555px;<br /> background-color: #FFF;<br /> border: 0px none #000000;<br /> z-index: 2;<br />}<br />--><br /> <br /><!--<br />function MM_effectHighlight(targetElement, duration, startColor, endColor, restoreColor, toggle)<br />{<br /> Spry.Effect.DoHighlight(targetElement, {duration: duration, from: startColor, to: endColor, restoreColor: restoreColor, toggle: toggle});<br />}<br />//--><br /> title="Enojet Sohest Album Booklet Design 2006"> height="100" src="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic1book.jpg" width="100" /> href="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic2cards.jpg" title="Orphan's Roar Business Card Set 2006"> height="100" src="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic2cards.jpg" width="100" /> href="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic3posters.jpg" title="Selected Poster Designs 2002-200"> src="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic3posters.jpg" width="100" /> href="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic4bargrill.jpg" title="Logo Design Set"> src="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic4bargrill.jpg" width="100" /> title="Voices of Tools and Machines: Digital Print Set"> height="100" src="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic5humans.jpg" width="100" /> title="Detail of Enojet Sohest Album Design 2006"> height="100" src="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic6sleeve.jpg" width="100" /> title="Natural Plastic, Publication Cover Design 2007"> height="100" src="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic7sus.jpg" width="100" /> title="Selected Album Booklet in leaf closeup 2006"> height="100" src="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic8close.jpg" width="100" /> title="Selected Poster Design: International Career Forum 2007"> src="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic9inter.jpg" width="100" /> title="Detail of Album Design Transference/Limerance 2008"> src="images%20folder/GRAPHICS/Graphic10tranlim.jpg" width="100" /> Single Image back to pirobox
  8. I can't be really sure but Photoshop or Adobe Suite has some kind of feature setting that uses alpha video that requires the appropriate hardware installed (aka: video card) to handle the process. If you have done any preferences settings as of late then that may be your problem. Just undo that hardware dependent feature from Adobe by looking under Edit / Preferences menu. Otherwise, if this error started happening with no new changes or updates by you, then run your calibration for your monitor.
  9. You might want to look at this one. Edit: You may like this one.
  10. The problem I have is that I have two forms on one page each having a input field. These two input fields require to be different widths. Since the script uses the same class, I cannot dictate these two inputs to be of different width values.
  11. Yes. Change your image align from right to left.
  12. You will need to add a align="left" to that table with your contact info and then add right after the tag which is after the Ron.jpg image.
  13. The problem is that there are two different forms on the same page. I am not seeing how I can isolate one from the other. Also, I have update the demo in which I have a inline style width of 30px set for the Qty. box (just below the select/option dropdown). It behaves nicely in FX but not in IE. IE doesn't change at all. Update: I have since change the input width via the script which changes the width for IE and left FX alone. However, the alignment is still not correct for the text entered. Additionally, I prefer to control the width exclusively by CSS.
  14. The jqTransform is nice but it doesn't render consistantly between IE and FF. If you look at the demo that came with the script you will see that the first two input boxes have a certain width in FF but it's much wider in IE. I haven't figured out how to set certain widths for certain locations. For instant, I may have a search input box that can be 150px wide but then I have a quantity input box that only needs to be 40px wide. Here's what I have done so far: col ourm all.com/store/pc/0-test-form.htm
  15. Yes, I hope we are not confusing you. @Wickham, I don't recall a BOM ever producing a character like that. The only one I know is http://www.killersites.com/forums/topic/265/i-bom-characters/
  16. Look in your tag where you have all your scripts. I saw this when I viewed the source:
  17. I'm not too familiar with DW but check to see if there is a setting FTP Passive. If so, whatever is currently there, check or uncheck it.
  18. I would suggest getting rid of that character (text) at the upper left corner first because that certainly does push the header down a bit.
  19. Valid point. Quite frankly, I don't like toying with this but if the client is going to pay you and it doesn't go against your moral values or hurt your business reputation then I am going to deliver what they request if at all possible. I've downloaded the tar.gz file three times but it seems to be corrupted when I try to open it via WinZip. Can you download it and see if you get the same results? If not, can you extract the file and then zip it and send to me or upload to your site and provide a link to download it? Thanks.
  20. I read your other post and from my understanding that the files you are working on are copies of the original and that you have moved them over to another folder. You will need to look a line 53 (the error line it's referencing) and see what is different. I would also check and try the original files in it's original location to see if it's functional. If so, then you certainly may have a typo in the copies. If the original is not functional then it's possible that the data tables are corrupted. The first line seems to be a link to connection string file which has a virtual file path thus shouldn't require a change to the path unless something has been moved or changed related to that file. However, you may need to check any file paths that may not have been change to reflect your new copied files locations.
  21. This seems to be a new feature for version 3 which is still in beta. You can read more about it here.
  22. I believe most of us here do not like tinkering or overriding any user's browser's settings or controls but this client is very persistant to find a solution. co lourm all.com/store/pc/LaCie-526-26-LCD-Monitor-23p39.htm (remove spaces) If you look at the "Calibrators:" drop down menu, it's all grey with white text. That is fine. This issue is that when you hover over a option/choice it gives it a blue background or whatever background color your browser is set for. He doesn't like the blue background but instead he would rather have it changes to another color. Controlling the text color would be nice too. I have not found a solution to this and so I thought that maybe there is a javascript method that will allow this kind of control. Any suggestions or source that might be helpful to solve this issue? Thanks.
  23. I plan on testing this sometime in the near future. But to be honest, since I use wmware virtual machines, I haven't been too motivated to try this since my virtual machines handle this for me. Stefan Stef, this is the first of heard of this. Did he state that this is an add-on or something new for the next version?
  24. Add z-index: 100; to all your subhor-?items classes and z-index: 1; to #headlinewrapper. Also, I noticed that the gallery was not displaying via IE but is working in FX.
  25. I wonder if you added position:absolute to the anchor? Of course this still presents a problem of page shift because one cannot foresee just where about the user's page is located but it will keep the calendar and the text below it visible? If not positioning, I wonder if padding/margin would work? Otherwise, I will have to agree with Eric that JS is probably the solution.
