You should just be able to right click on the .mp3 link and select "save as". Or, if you are listening to the file within your browser, you should be able to select "Save Page As" (Or similar, the wording will probably change depending on which browser you are using) and save the file to your computer.

I'm trying to get these 2 on my MP3 player:

I noticed they both have videos as opposed to a link to the MP3. Does that mean there's no way I can get that on my iPod?

It has been a while, but I think they are in an .flv format. I will look into outputting them in mp3. Please message me to remind me.
