asdfghjkl Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 Hi guys, can you please tell me a good png transparency js? I've tried 2 of them for ie6 but it seems they are not working. Welcome good suggestion. Quote
falkencreative Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 This is the one I use pretty religiously on almost all my projects: http://www.dillerdesign.com/experiment/DD_belatedPNG/ Quote
mrcreative Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 Here you find few solutions which can help web designer overcome the IE6 transparency problem: http://www.webdesignbooth.com/solutions-to-ie-transparency/ Quote
BeeDev Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 (edited) Out of all the ones I've used, I found the DD_BelatedPNG fix to be most efficient and the only one that makes links work that have transparent backgrounds, supports background-position and background-repeat as well. However if your image has fully transparent bits and no semi-transparency then I've found it best to just use Alpha Transparancy GIF images which work just fine without any fixes on IE. Just use a correct tone of Matte and you're set. Edited April 15, 2010 by BeeDev Quote
