spring java vs asp net core 2.2 in 2019

What is better for productive development and ez deploy on ubuntu vps. The db is mysql/posgres.

I'm android dev, need smth good for backend.

I prefer MySQl simply because I am used to it. But posgres people would say otherwise.

Both are good databases but I think MySQL has better tools around the core database.

I don't know what to choose java spring or aspnet core 2.2?

Why not go with springboot  lombok & springSQL or hibernate if you know it
