I built my first web site in 1994 ... this was a time before there was:

- web design software
- HTML Framesets, CSS, Flash
- web design schools
- e-commerce
- blogs
- CMS'

- social networks

... The olden days!

After years of building web sites and web applications (with Java, PHP, C# and others ...) for myself and clients, I started building killersites.com as a hobby project. First it was just articles, then the forum, then videos and blogs.

... I discovered that I liked to teach web design and web programming.

Being an in-the-trenches web developer for a number of years, reinforced my pragmatic and no-nonsense nature that I now try to inject into Killersites. Still working on it.

Final note: the killerSites forum started in 2003!
