sam0954 Posted April 18, 2012 Report Posted April 18, 2012 Any one help me to know what will be the career in web designing and what academic qualification required to learn web designing
jovyjoy Posted April 19, 2012 Report Posted April 19, 2012 It actually depends on where you would want to work. Like for instance, you want to work for a big company, more or less you really need to attain academic qualifications. This video really gave me a clear shot to the academic qualification.
LSW Posted April 19, 2012 Report Posted April 19, 2012 Minimum Associates Degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree. Funny thing is, the degree often does not even have to be in that area and you can be hired. The state of Alaska is that way, I know a woman with a degree in German and it got her a management job in accounting.
benjaminmorgan Posted April 20, 2012 Report Posted April 20, 2012 College isn't really needed for web design. You might be better off with a degree in business or computer science and self learn web design. I plan on going to college in a little over a year ONLY because I am joining the National Guard and I am going to take a ROTC program. Other than that I probably wouldn't go to college. If I go, I will major in Computer Science if i can get past the 3 Calculus classes o.0
