Using a Dreamweaver expert for webdesign is like getting your hair cut by someone who knows how to raise and lower the chair.

Go to Adobe Dreamweaver forum support where you will find users that are skilled in Dreamweaver.

 

.... or, you could offer some of the many people here who have helped you out and spent their time working for you on your website for free the opportunity to earn a few $$. Unlike haircuts, webdesign does not have to be in the same physical location.

That is an incorrect statement.

I do not know who told you that you have to be on site to fix web site issues but they are wrong. I am in the Iowa and have sites all over the country and my partner has sites in Europe. Believe me when we have a problem with a site over seas we do not go there, even though we would like to.
