Only if they have folders set to share and you see folders you do not recognize. Just password protect the network or set your Wifi router to only allow certain MAC addresses.

 

There is software out there for wifi networks who could show you everyone using it at any one moment, but you would have to be lucky to use it at the same time, I know of nothing that monitors and records who uses the network.

 

That does not mean there is nothing. Have a look at SnapFiles.com/freeware/, have a look around, but primarily "Networking Software." That is of course unless you are willing to pay, they have shareware as well.
