Search for clubs

Hello

 

We have a lot of clubs and Activities in our school and I want to make it so the different clubs are searchable for different things like date, time, club etc. I wondered what was the easy way of achieving this.

 

For example

 

"Design Technology

 

Title: Resistant Materials Club

Who can attend : Any student

When and where : Wednesdays and Thursdays in T2 3.30/40 – 4.30

Staff Contact: Mr Richardson"

 

My knowledge of databases is limited and I wondered if there was an easy solution?

1. how many records do you have to deal with?

2. how often do the records change?

It's around 70 records altogether and they are probably changed or altered a little about twice a year.
