Blank source page

Hi guys,

 

I was surfing and found a page that I thought maybe I could contact the owner and solicit my services and I found a blank source page....There were misspellings and awkward sayings about the natural content about the sites purpose in general...

First guess is to stay away from such potential clients, but why can't I see source code?
