My Clint want to use the travel packages on his website giving me site for use us example, but I try all possible way to access the site but failed. Would you please advice why I can?t access this site http://w ww.vaxvacationaccess .com (Please remove the spaces), I am in Japan? I appreciate your time in advance. Thank you!
MacRankin Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 I'm not sure I can be of any help... The only thing that springs to mind is if your client has changed any passwords lately? If that's the case, then whoever administers that website will have to log in to their hosting service and seek help regarding this matter.
imeera Posted February 9, 2009 Author Report Posted February 9, 2009 thank you MacRankin very much and everybody who viewed my post. problem is still same... thank you
Andrea Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 What do you mean to access the site - the ftp, client log-in, or what?
imeera Posted February 9, 2009 Author Report Posted February 9, 2009 I always get these message ?cannot establish the connection to Server, Firefox can't find the server at w ww. vaxvacation access. com and Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage? I want to know why I can not open that site from Japan. Thanks you!
JBall Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 Thats an interesting question. Have you tried to open it from different machines? Maybe the computer you are using has some sort of blocker on it? Popped right open for me...
imeera Posted February 9, 2009 Author Report Posted February 9, 2009 yes! I tried several computers....
MacRankin Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 (edited) Well, I've been googling around for a possible answer, and the only lead I've been following concerns how all Japanese browsers are set up to maybe read certain scripts, but can't find anything specific. Perhaps you can contact this client of yours', and ask him to contact his hosting provider asking them what might be the problem. Or maybe, seek out a Japanese-based tech forum and let them grapple with it. Not sure what else you can do, really? Edited February 9, 2009 by MacRankin
