Graeme
Hello All, I contacted the company I bought a domain name from to say that a page would not verify because it is frame forwarded, they suggested I set up a CNAME or a A record which is search engine friendly. Can anyone explain this? Thank you as always, Best wishes Graeme
Andrea
You mean you contacted the company you're hosting with? The domain doesn't really have anything to do with how a site/page displays. Do you have a link to the page you're talking about?
Graeme
I only bought the domain name from the company only. They then forward it to whoever I say. Thank you
Andrea
Maybe I'm missing something - we all know I don't know everything, but forwarding a domain is different from forwarding a page. Usually, you have your domain and your host has a DNS and you have your domain pointed (not forwarded) to that DNS - frames or no frames is not a factor from that. However, if you're talking about someone entereing www.someplace.com and that gets forwarded to www.someotherplace.com - that's different.
