Collapsible sites

Hey, i was just wondering what codes you would use to make your site collapsible (or whatever the term for having the page shrink properly). What i mean is how do i make the page stay in proportion when a user scrolls in and out? Thanks

As responses to your other post said, you can change your site's size based on the size of the browser window by using % for widths, rather than pixels. Keep in mind that you will want some sort of minimum and maximum widths, since the site will become unusable if it is too wide or too narrow.
