Multi language Wordpress site

Hi every one, I was wondering if someone here could share some advice, I am making a wordpress website for a client and it needs to be in three laguages, I know there are some plug-ins for doing it but so far the ones I've found are subscriptions but I dont want this beacuse I dont want my client to have to worry about having to pay for plug-ins or other subscriptions once the site is finished.

I'm thinking about making a version of each of the pages in each of the laguages but I think there must be a more eficient way of doing this, do you have some advice?

If it isn't many pages, say less than 5-10, then just do it manually.

Yes, it make perfect sense, There are actually around 5 or 6 pages so I’ll do that.
