Andrea
A client tells me Some one told me that if I hide my address while hosting my web site that it may affect my placement on Google, yahoo and so on. He said that is one of the first things Google looks for. I paid extra to godaddy to hide my address, should I go have that changed back to showing my address? My guess is he means the domain owner info - since his URL is out there like all other URLs are. Has anybody heard about such a thing? JemsRoker
Hi dear, I am new in this forum but trying to be a good "search engine optimizer". So I also interested to know that "if I hide my address while hosting my web site then is it get back a result of google flying kick for my site". As I am afraid off google palanty. krillz
I think he is reffering to masking where URL's lead. Like most affiliate people seeing a refferer number in a link may lead to people not clicking it and just going to like amazon and search for it, then buy it that way. so instead of amazon.com/refferer=210310239 you get myurl/outboud/2/ or something.
