How to go about doing this efficiently?

So i bought the $79 X 12 month (mentoring with Stef), and when i login, its a video tutorials. 

My question is, how should I go about doing it? I would like to build up my portfolio asap.

Is there a weekly group consulting? or follow the steps of the tutorials that is listed on the site?

is there additional payment to get a 1 on 1 call with you or your support staffs?
