Popup suggestions in Sublime Text 3

Hello,

I installed Sublime Text 3 and was wondering how do you get the suggestions to popup when you are typing out code?

You have to save the document in the language format you are using. So I am assuming it is HTML. Once you do, Sublime will be able to provide code completion.
