administrator Posted March 27, 2014 Report Share Posted March 27, 2014 I talk to teachers these days (because of Studioweb) and to my surprise, Ruby is becoming curriculum in some public Chicago high schools! ... I would have figured PHP instead, since it is a much more popular language but I am guessing the influence of the Ruby on Rails guys had an impact. They are from Chicago. Regardless, Ruby is a cool language and fun to use. The only challenge for me, is how to teach object oriented principles to middle and high school students.
