indscc Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 I'm fresh when creating a webiste. On my page i created a drop down menu. the site is on cookies. when i click on the pull down menu, many types of cookies appear. But when you click on peanut butter or any other kind nothing happens. why? Quote
falkencreative Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 You'll need to provide a link to the site so we can take a look. That description doesn't give us much to go on. Quote
NuCoder Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 You may want to provide your code with these types of requests (can get a much quicker reply) Quote
virtual Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 Maybe you forgot to stock your shelves with the cookies.... Sorry my warped sense of humour couldn't resist that... Quote
indscc Posted September 12, 2009 Author Report Posted September 12, 2009 here are the codes. if i click on any state, nothing happens. the site is not on the web. im still working on it. Alabama Alaska Arizona Arkansa California Colorado Connecticut Washington DC Delaware Florida Georiga Guam Hawaii Idaho Illinois Indiana Iowa Kansas Kentucky Louisiana Maine Maryland Massachusetts Michigan Minnesota Mississippi Missouri Montana N.Carolina N.Hampshire Nebraska Nevada New Jersey New York North Dakota Ohio Oklahoma Oregan Pennsylvania Puerto Rico Rhode Island S.Carolina S.Dakota Tennessee Texas Utah Vermont Virginia Washington W.Virginia Wisconsin Wyoming Quote
falkencreative Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 What are you expecting to happen? With the code you provided, it should show you a dropdown with multiple options. By itself, selecting an option won't do anything, you have to use php or javascript to process the form/do additional things. Quote
Andrea Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 .. and I was so looking for a peanut butter cookie, or maybe an oreo.......... But seriously, if at all possible, load you page up somewhere so we can see EVERYTHING - portions of code often just aren't enough -and even all the code often isn't as any images will be missing. NuCoder Posted September 14, 2009 Report Posted September 14, 2009 Like Ben stated - you will want to use Javascript or PHP. I also do not see that you used a for the list Quote
