Scrolling Issue in IE

I'm having issues with my site not being able to scroll down in IE. It works in other browsers but, not IE - VERY STRANGE!

 

Can anyone please identify the problem and solution?...

Seems like this is only an issue in IE7 -- IE6 and IE8 are fine.

I'm on my phone. Can you post the code. I'll take educated guesses.

Got it. The probelm was the 100% height on the HTML selector.

I have tested on my oldish PC in IE8 and using developper tools from IE8 on IE7, and also in a standalone version of IE6 and all the scrolling works.

That's because I fixed it (see my previous post).
