description & links in search engines (ie; google)

how do I get those little extra links to my pages like i see when i search a fav webcomic "ctrl alt del" with google??

Those links are called "sitelinks" and Google controls them based on its search algorithm -- you can't specify which ones you want. Basically, the only thing you can do is block ones that Google has selected, in case you don't want it showing up (via a Google Webmaster account).
