How long does it take you to plan out a site before you actually start coding?

@danhodge - Define "plan out"? You mean design? Or just the initial planning stages, before design? Planning usually involves sitting down with the client and discussing their goals for the site. Maybe a couple hours total. Design usually involves 8-20 hours, depending on the site and complexity needed.
