DDTabs not showing secondary information

so I'm trying to work with this tab script

and while the tabs and the mouseover graphics and stuff work fine. I'm having trouble with the descriptive text. it's just not showing up at all and I'm not sure why. i attached my files but if you want me to copy-paste I'll do that.
