Or, take a look at this: http://ennuidesign.com/blog/Reading+RSS+with+PHP/ Unless you are using a premade widget (like a plugin for wordpress) it looks like you'll either be using PHP or Javascript to read the Flickr RSS feed and pull the data from it.
