falkencreative Posted December 4, 2009 Report Share Posted December 4, 2009 In most cases, you'd need either Adobe Acrobat or Illustrator or InDesign. Acrobat is usually used for PDF creation, and both Illustrator and InDesign can export to PDF. There are other third party PDF editors/creators out there... a Google search should turn up a few.
