Ingridskrampe
Help! I am about half way through the CSS 2 tutorial and can't seem to figure out why there is no realignment when I attempt to define my divs in the ROOT.CSS file. My divs are labeled such: The ROOT.CSS text is below } #navigation (width:220px;top: 20px;left:opx; ) #CenterDOC {position: absolute; left: 245px; padding: 15px 0 20px 0px; /*top right bottom left*/} also: other CSS tags that I put into the ROOT.CSS file are working fine, just not the div tags. Any suggestions? Thanks, Ingrid
jlhaslip
Your css code should not be using (parentheses). Use {Braces} around the CSS rules.

virtual
Also you don't need to add px after 0. Zero is zero whatever the measurement.
Andrea
#navigation (width:220px;top: 20px;left:opx;And this looks like the letter 'o', not a zero. Is this a killersites tutorial you are following? If so, can you post the link to where it is?
