Which menu are you talking about? There's one at the top of the page for Men/Women... One for the language option, and then one for the main navigation just above the Flash.

Its the main menu with the 4 text boxes with the main image that does change......

Ah, missed it, since I disable flash by default (saves some time on page load). That's done with Flash.
