sarina28 Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 Is the an easy to use CMS that would allow a client to update text only on a website, and with a character limits. Also, be able to set it up on an existing php website. I would like to learn about using cms as well, but start with a program that is easy to learn.

The only thing is, I don't think you will find a CMS that has built in character limits. I think that is something you would have to custom code yourself unfortunately.
