Creating an Advanced Audio Player

Maybe someone far more knowledgeable than me can help me with this. If you are familiar with BlogTalkRadio.com, several others and I host our own shows on that site. What I am trying to do is creating a streaming audio player that would take these shows and play them live instantaneously and play my own sound files in between. Is this possible?

anything is possible, what you would need is api that re-streams the original stream, and streams your own sound files when you wishes. But it will take some work. You should contact someone that codes/offers online streaming solutions and work something out.
