Merge PHP files and Password Protect

Hello it's possible merge all files: new.php,delete.php,edit.php,etc etc into one: view.php and protect access to it with password?

The right of access depends on the OS your are using and it's not up to Php. Definitely you can merge, even use obfuscation technics and or even compilation.
