Picture resize

I think this is seriously simple. I know html but not css so well. I want to resize this background photo in a template I purchased. The site is at ... I want the photo smaller so the text can be seen under on the first page.

Are you talking about the header photo of the house that currently has the logo and 'book it now' plastered right over?

 

Also --- in the text right under this photo, southern is misspelled - it's missing the 'u' and should not be capitalized.
