Guest DebbieTabe
I have been asked to create a new design for a website that uses frames (I know but it was created ages ago and there are far too many pages to restructure at this point). I am trying to create a home page that uses a larger banner or header than the rest of the pages because the site owner insists that the header be no larger than 150 px. My question is: Can I create a a new home page with a frame that is larger than the frames on all the other pages and add it to the site? Or can I add a no-frames home page and add it to the site? The website owner also insists that it NOT be a spash page and must contain a menu and links to the rest of the site. I'm at a loss as to how to do this. Anyone with any suggestions or information on how this can be done? Thanks for any help!
lm
I'd make new home page without frames - just plainly code its HTML with all the content in one page; would be good improvement for the website anyway. Just create a test-home page, link to it other pages and test.
