One is an LCD marquee running at the top, and the other is a banner rotator at the bottom. In IE7, which ever one of these is "higher" in the code blocks the other. In fact, it blocks whatever is below it. All works well in FX, Chrome, Safari & Netscape. I'm obviously on a learners permit, but I'm having a good time with it.
