Hyperlink Similar To Clicking Back Button And Automatically Re-Requesting/resending

I need to create a hyperlink that produces the exact same effect as:

 

1. clicking the browser's back button

2. then clicking "Try Again"

3. and then clicking "Resend" (see images below).

 

PHP is preferred. (or javascript that I can echo with PHP)
