Sorry for the late response. I was away. I found this one as well but This calculator brings me to Mortgage Calculators website and and offers me various mortgage companies rate. The calculator would have to show the rate on my page. Thanks

I have a client in the real Estate business and they want a Mortgage Calculator on there website. Does anyone know if there are free ones I can copy. My client does not have money in the budget for me to get someone to program one. I see a few online but they all have company logos on them. Is there a way of getting them from the financial institutions directly?

Is there a standard website starting dimension. I have heard that 1024 x 768 is what I should use. then I hear that 960 x 720 is. Is there a standard size?

Everytime I try to delete any of the closing div's. I get an error on the page. Sorry that I am not very good at this but if you can telling which one you deleted maybe it will make more sense to me.

Hi Andrea, Its a template from template monster and I am starting to wonder if I should just start creating my own site. I use them to save time but this is not saving time.

Why would the Links on the right work but not the ones on the left?

Fixed the errors but the links still dont work. Any ideas?

I am currently working on a template, that I purchased for a client. I am trying to change the page design from a 2 column to a 1 column. Every time I start to change the page layout it changes everything on every other page. If I were to copy the css code for that page , copy it and change the name would I then be able to make changes without effecting other pages? Looking at my css page it is very confusing to figure what each css code refers to. There is way too much going on.
