Will that keep the text inside that box??

Hello, I am making a youtube like script and I am having one problem. If you visit http://wryclan2.kicks-ass.org/videos/watch?id=socom you will notice that the css is messed up. What I would like to do is move the video up, and make it so that the text wont go under the video. I want it to look like this: I already know how to do basically everything accept the making of the grey box and keeping the text within the box. Can anyone help? Please? And, if possible, can the box be expandable to fit with the text?
