I?ve created an ajax application: http://obsurvey.com Click "Try it now" to try. It?s done in my own javascript framework, I?ve coded every single line myself. One of the things I?m most proud of is the undo/redo functionality when editing a survey. You can undo/redo any editing of the survey. The undo functionality is entirely handcoded by me also, it does not use any built in undo functionality in the browser.
