so if I use wordpress do think there would be a plug-in for a user profile DB, or would I have to write a PHP script for it? Cause I can't do that..

OK, i'm really weak in web programing so i wanna tackle a little project to get me going, but not sure how to get started. I wanna make golf handi-cap system, which can be step up and updated by users with picture and user profile. I'm feeling really overwhelmed with all the tutorials i've been going through and just not sure if its what I need. Would love some help.
