I'm currently using Dreamweaver CS5 to do a complete overhaul of my site. Among the items I wanted to add to the new site is a JavaScript menu bar (which can be found in Adobe Exchange as Spry Menu Bar 2.0. I've inserted it into the page, and, as with a test page I tried with this menu bar, the menu bar in expanded form is the only thing that appears in design view. Upon previewing it in Safari I noticed that it's at the correct height, but it's aligned left. I wanted to align it center, but couldn't find the variable in the code to do so.
My question is the following: Is there a way to align a JavaScript object in Dreamweaver (I'm still a novice; the previous version of my site was done in iWeb), and, on a separate, less important note, is it possible to display anything else in the design view when the menu bar is inserted.
How do I center my page?

I previewed my page in my browser, and found that the whole thing is on the left side of the page. How do I center it like the killersites page, and most other pages? Attached is a screenshot to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. Please note the large white area composing the right side of the screen.
