Yes, I also do not understand the question, because there really is no choice. Although for me personally (I'm a novice developer-freelancer) now convenient software like Word Press and Joomla.This saves a lot of time and is quite suitable for simple sites. I understand that the possibilities are limited, but it is very convenient. What do you think about this?
