[Front end or Back end?]

Hi, I  am almost thru with beginners CSS so far I'm getting it.  Although that this the just the beginners and I may be asking this question prematurely as I am working on my project as I learn, as I create a form or a href link to access another page which is working.  Is the Front End how the form you create get processed in a website?  Is the Back End considered to be how the form gets processed web development?   If so which courses are available to purchase for the back end?

Hi, yes I did download Python 3.6, I thought after the fact that it might not work correctly with windows 8.1 so I just got a new laptop with windows 10 so I'll see it goes when I get back to the turtle in a few hours when I get a chance to get back on this lesson.

Hi, I'm new to coding and just trying to figure out my way around Python.  Just started the video on Introduction to drawing with Python and Launched Shell so far and after I typed in import (turned orange) turtle, I get a SyntaxError or invalid syntax in red.  I watched the video several times, not sure where I'm doing something incorrect here.
