Targeting total beginners, I assume that you need to be taught the basics of not only Dreamweaver, but basic web design concepts as well.

Note: though most of the course uses Dreamweaver CS3, the differences between CS3 and CS4 are small ... so you will be able to follow along easily using Dreamweaver CS4. I've also included about 40 minutes of Dreamweaver CS4 videos that cover the differences - just in case.
