I just released a new video tutorial that introduces the new CSS option in the properties panel.
In a nutshell, Dreamweaver CS4 has made it even easier to add and modify CSS code in your web pages.

I wanted to announce that I just released a 6 page article on Dreamweaver CS4 … concentrating on it’s PHP and database features.
You may or may not know that I’ve been a big advocate of PHP being a key skill that I think every web designer should learn. And so, it made sense to me to take a look at how the most popular web design software works with PHP.
Dreamweaver CS4 has a whole new interface that basically give Dreamweaver the Adobe OWL user interface.
