Background Video Html5

i create website in html 5 and i make video background my problem is the website work fine in the local host (internet explorer, google chrome, Firefox, safari) but when I upload to my website it doesn't work at all in internet explorer, it takes a long time to open in firefox, safari. In Google chrome something very strange happens you have to use right click and 'show controls' to see video while I can hear the music of the video so therefore I know the video has loaded. I still can't see video. In my iPhone it works like YouTube video not like background video it doesn't loop. Do you think I've to do something in JavaScript or JQuery i really hope you can help me in this problem.
